About Garston Decor- Residential Building Contractors

I formed Garston Décor about 15 years ago after working for various Residential Building Contactors and Commercial Builders for over 10 years. At the time the various jobs I worked on were completed to an Ok standard, but, the approach was to make as much money as quickly as possible. Now as a business that’s what you do.

However, I just took my time and frequently asked the customer if my work was Ok? This didn’t go down well with my employer, but that’s my approach as I always take pride in my work. Of course the customers loved this and bit by bit I was being asked whether I did additional work at the weekends? After a while I was working 7 days a week and it soon became clear that I could start my own Residential Building Contractors and focus on good quality at a good price.

I took the leap and Garston Décor was born and although it was tough time to start a new business I persisted and soon my customers were referring us to their family and friends who want a professional Residential Building Contractor who could work to a good standard.

Over the 15 years Garston Décor has grown into a successful Residential Builders Contractors, employing its own builders, electrician and Corgi registered plumber. I am happy that my clients receive a One Stop Shop service with the minimum of fuss.

Although Garston Décor is recognised as professional Residential Building Contractors, our services also extend to the commercial sector, with customers ranging from Private Landlords,Estate Agents and Property Developers. We cater for maintenance and complete refurbishment requirements. There’s very little we cannot do and offer our services throughout Hertfordshire and in particular the following areas:
